ESPN ranks the players in this year's field of 64. Ranked in the top 5 by ESPN (including Bodog props) are: Chris Ferguson (22-1), Phil Ivey (25-1), Ted Forrest (35-1), Andy Bloch (20-1) and Allen Cunningham (35-1).
