Today i received a nice little email from our friends at Full Tilt after i inquired why my withdrawal requests were getting declined.
From: Full Tilt Poker - SupportI responded shortly after I received this gem asking them to re-open my "smokkee" primary account and transfer funds from "killinkegz" to "smokkee".

still no response has been received from Full Tilt's top notch support team. so, i was unable to login to Full Tilt and donk around in RC. Smokkee's rakeback days on FTP are ovah.
Funny they don't care if you play under a new account even after closing your old one until you request a withdrawal. Gotta luv it when you've got several thousand dollars sitting online and can't get to it.

Couldn't you have asked to have the primary account "KillinKegz" reinstated and ask them to dig up the smokkee account, use dark arts to bring it back to life, and then slay it anew?
Couldn't you just tell them you're with Cardrunners and thus can have all the accounts you like?

Isn't this Full Tilt's standard practice? Don't they have a long history of shutting down secondary accounts opened for rakeback?
Plus isn't there a way to get r/b for an existing account?
I was one of the first accounts on F/T and after rakeback was introduced, I was able to get it for that acct.

btw, no response from FTP support after 2 days. i can call Bodog support right now and get someone on the phone within minutes. (i.e. total BS)
i may not be able to play in Don's Big Game on Sunday because of this nonsense.
