Peaker limped into the final table, blinded down to 65 chips and went on an incredible tear to take the chip lead HU against Lightning36 who already had three (3) Bodonkey titles under his belt.
there was talk of a chop. but they chose to slug it out for the 1st place finish and all the Bodonkery glory. the HU match went for quite some time until Lightning finally took it down for his 4th Bodonkey title.
Next week's Blogger Tournament, sponsored by Bodog will be the 1st in a series of 18 weekly tournaments at the usual starting time of 9:05ET every Tuesday with the same T$600 overlay. the top 30% of each week's field will accumulate points and the top 18 point earners will play in a tournament of champions on Tuesday, June 10th. The Bodog TOC will not be a winner take all. the 1st place finisher will win .....
...a sick prize for taking this whole thing down. other players who finish in the top 5 spots will also get something for their efforts.
"what is the sick prize smokkee? give it up already"
the official announcement of the top prizes will be sent out this Friday, Feb 1st.
in the meantime, go check out some smokkin' hot Bodog girls to ease your suffering.

Thanks for hosting this, it is quickly becoming a must play for me. Enjoyed making my first Bodonkey final table, hopefully I can keep this up when the series starts next week.
more chop talk, lol. How do you chop on Bodog if you can't do player to player transfers?
Can't wait to hear the big news, smokkee.
Peaker asked about chopping, but I didn't want to unless heads up dragged on for a long time. You know how things like jobs and kids factor into poker decisions, right? lol
If we did decide to chop, I imagine that one of us would have just made a transfer on Full Tilt.
I only brought it up because Kate was feeding a twin as we spoke and I knew eventually I was going to have to make a tough decision to keep them on schedule. When Lightning brought up the point that 1st and 2nd wasn't incredibly significant I agreed with him and we started throwing punches.
Yep, peaker definitely won the King of Suckouts title in last night's game. I feel like I gave him a run for his money because of the number of times I lucked out to stay alive, but in the end he triumphed.
Thanks again for hosting, Smokkee. See you next time!
Thanks for hosting yet another fun and successful tournament. Maybe next time I put BB on a resteal with air, I'll properly put him on AA instead (grin).
See ya next Tuesday!
