somehow i managed to breakeven in all my FSL contests on Sunday even tho my BFFB team sucked balls. what happened to Cincy's D? I committed a bunch of my cap to LT and that didn't work out too good. i finished 26th outta 27. wheeeeeee
Philip Rivers and the SD defense looked awful in Sunday night's game. the Pats were scoring at will. it was painful to watch. i honestly thought LT was gonna be unstoppable. i know he's been looking forward to that game since last year's playoff loss. the Pats defense is better than i thought.
i lost my bet on the Bengals. but, got it back on the Vikings. i got 3.5 pts on Bodog. so the Vikes barely covered. but, i expected them to win the game outright. there are a lotta 2-0 teams i didn't expect to see start 2-0.
re: poker. i've been playing mostly cash games on Bodog. the play is so bad on the weekends. i mean just terrible. some guy doubled on me when he called a 4x raise from the BB with 3-8off. i had AA and went to the felt with it. he flopped 2p. there was no way i could put him on that. another guy commented in the chat:
observer: "did that guy really just call 4x with 38o?"
me: "nothin' suprises me on the weekends"

Ive noticed the play is a lot softer on Bodog in the MTTs and sngs then on FTP or stars. Its amazing some of the crap people call/push with. I think its donks from the sportsbook!!
Man Ive been able to lag it up a bit with my starting hands and outplay people on the flop and especially the turn big time.
SD's o-line has looked like complete crap so far this year. I get that it was against Chicago and New England, but still. Hard for LT to gain any yards if there's no one blocking for him.
I'm hoping this whole Norv Turner thing is just a ploy to get Bill Cowher in next year.
