sng's and cash games going ok...

satellites and tourneys not so good. i played a coupla satellites into FTOPS event #1 and event #3. but, no luck. in the last few tourneys i've played i get through 3/4 or better and get unlucky. 5 spots away from the money in Friday's 20k ($150 buy-in). a shorty pushes with Q-8o, i reraise all in with TT and get called from the BB who wakes up with AA.

tonight in Full Tilt's 16k, my AA gets run down by Q9sooted just before the first break. when i get AA in a tourney now, i just roll my eyes knowing sumthin stoopid is gonna happen.

played Ocean's 11 $65 buy-in tourney on saturday. after the 1st break i raise it up with A-To in middle position and get called by a player in the cutoff. flop comes A-Q-9 rainbow. i bet half the pot which commits me. cutoff pushes, i call. he shows A-9o.

i kicked sum ass at the 300 nl game there afterwards tho. there are sum really bad players there on the weekends. TPNK is gold. i finished up almost a full buy-in. missed a few draws later otherwise, i woulda been up alot more.

i really enjoy tournament and sng play. but, i'm feelin more like cash game is where it's at.
